I'm carrying on an exchange on Pirate Radio which is very informative. You can refer to it here. The folk over at Shoutcast aren't so outgoing with their advice. But we now know that another player is in the running, the obscure Jetcast. Jetcast is something I will explore and it offers FREE downloads of its base software but the website is a bit daggy and hardly promotes confidence in its wherewithall. But with 107 stations it has some support internationally --expecially among non English speaking countries.
